This compelling safari is a 6-day, 5-night journey through four of Uganda’s most famous national parks, offering a balanced mix of thrilling primate encounters and classic African wildlife viewing. The destinations include the home of the iconic Mountain Gorillas in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, the dramatic Murchison Falls National Park, as well as Queen Elizabeth National Park and Lake Mburo National Park. The tour is available from December 2025 – 2026, with the price calculated per person (pax) varying based on your group size: $2950 for 2 travellers, $2850 for 4 travellers, and $2750 for 6 travellers.
Itinerary Overview
Day 1 - Arrival & Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park

Meet and greet at Entebbe International Airport by your Fencher Safaris representative.
Drive north through Luweero and Masindi with a stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for Rhino Tracking ????
Continue to Murchison Falls National Park, Uganda’s largest park known for its wide savannah and powerful waterfall.
Arrive for an evening game drive to see elephants, giraffes, and lions at sunset before dinner.
Day 2 - Game Drive & Nile River Boat Cruise

- Nile River Boat Cruise
- Top of the Falls Hike (optional)
- Evening Campfire & Storytelling
Start with an early morning game drive in search of the Big Five across the grasslands.
Return for breakfast and rest at the lodge.
In the afternoon, enjoy a boat cruise along the Nile to the base of the falls and spot hippos, crocodiles, and water birds.
Optionally, take a short hike to the top of the falls for a stunning view before returning for dinner and a campfire.
Day 3 - Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

- Evening Game Drive in Kasenyi Plains
Enjoy breakfast and begin a scenic drive south to Queen Elizabeth National Park.
Travel through rural towns and open landscapes, stopping at local markets for fruit and cultural interaction ????
Arrive in the park and head out for an evening game drive in the Kasenyi plains to see lions, elephants, and buffaloes.
Day 4 - Game Drive & Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest

- Kazinga Channel Boat Cruise
- Scenic Drive to Bwindi
- Batwa Cultural Dance & Interaction
Start the morning with a boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel, known for hippos, crocodiles, and birdlife.
After the cruise, drive to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, home to the endangered mountain gorillas.
Pass through the beautiful rolling hills of Kigezi, often called the “Switzerland of Africa.”
Arrive in the evening and enjoy a Batwa cultural dance performance before dinner.
Day 5 - Gorilla Trekking & Transfer to Lake Mburo

Begin the day with an early breakfast and trek briefing.
Hike through Bwindi’s misty forest to meet the mountain gorillas in their natural habitat — a life-changing encounter.
After trekking, drive to Lake Mburo National Park and enjoy a short evening game drive to see zebras, impalas, and elands before dinner.
Day 6 - Morning Nature Walk & Return to Entebbe

Take a guided walking safari through Lake Mburo National Park for close encounters with zebras and giraffes.
Return for breakfast, then start the journey back to Entebbe.
